HOUSE Manifesto No. 0333 – During my tour of the Paris Opera, I could not help but wonder about how the designer involved conceptualized the interiors, or if they had put emphasis on the end result being timeless, which is what we aspire our work to embody. Especially because most of the interior details at the Opera & elsewhere in Paris play a lot on unapologetic theatrical & whimsical decorative features, that most would shy away from incorporating, yet I feel that they do nicely withstand the test of time & give spaces personality and character. It is no wonder why Paris has served as endless stream of inspiration for most creatives. This definitely inspires me to push design boundaries further moving forward.
